Notre Dame Appoints Director of International Security Center

The University of Notre Dame has announced political science professor Michael Desch will serve as director of the school’s International Security Center. The center recently received a grant from the Charles Koch Foundation to support its work establishing itself as a forum for broader scholarship on U.S. foreign policy.
