The university investments team is a core component of the Foundation’s efforts to support university-based research centers and other academic opportunities exploring the ideas of a free society. The team relies on a variety of processes to support relationships with program leaders. We are looking for dynamic critical thinkers to join a fast-moving team on the ground floor. The program analyst will apply project and task management skills to streamline processes and help research new proposals. As an employee of the Foundation, this person will learn how to use Market-Based Management® to innovate, challenge the status quo, and create value.

Your responsibilities include:
• Track key metrics to assess progress and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Respond to requests for reports and information, tailoring approaches for different audiences
• Analyze grant proposals relative to the Foundation’s vision and support the funding recommendation process
• Identify best practices and help drive process improvements to increase team effectiveness and improve team outcomes
• Collaborate across teams to ensure that key deliverables and timelines are met
• Partner closely with senior members of the team to support relationship management

Required knowledge and skills you bring to the team:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to write and present information for a diverse set of audiences
• High degree of humility, integrity, and professionalism
• Excitement for the CKF vision
• Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency

Standout applicants may also bring:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Higher education experience

Candidates will be asked to submit a writing sample.
