Your Responsibilities Include:
– Support two directors by managing and prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings with internal and external contacts, and arranging travel
– Exercise sound judgement in prioritizing the Directors’ time, prompting in and out of meetings, greeting guests, and ensuring adequate preparation of materials (including talking points, briefings, and bios) and logistics to accommodate a fast-paced schedule
– Maintain discretion and professionalism in managing the directors’ correspondence
– Manage project tracking and assist in the identification and cultivation of opportunities for stewardship
– Ensure resources are appropriately allocated

Required Knowledge and Skills:
– You have 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
– You possess a high level of initiative, sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to anticipate needs
– You have superior professionalism and ability to work well with all levels of staff
– You demonstrate economic thinking to prioritize, respond, adapt, and create calm in midst of chaos
– You have a college degree or equivalent work experience
– You enjoy and have demonstrated competency with project management

Standout applicants may also bring:
– Experience supporting executive principals in a fundraising, donor relations, or higher education environment
– Experience in SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Outlook, preferred
– Excitement for advancing the ideas of a free society
